Due to weather conditions, power outages have been reported in large parts of Rosh HaAyin and Arad. The Rosh HaAyin municipality stated: 'Large parts of the city are currently experiencing a power outage following a high-voltage malfunction in the transmission grid. The Israel Electric Corporation is working in the field to repair the malfunction and restore power.'
