A cyclist in his 50s who was critically injured after being struck by a vehicle that overturned near Cliff Beach in Tel Aviv has been pronounced dead. According to suspicions, the overturned vehicle was driven by a 24-year-old illegal resident from the Nablus district who stole the car near Yonitzman Street in Tel Aviv. Police arrested the suspect, and a bag containing property suspected to be used for car theft was found in the stolen vehicle, including an engine computer, a hammer and breaking tools.
