Police arrested a 60-year-old Jerusalem resident, Yitzhak Avraham Ruth Ariel Asulin, on suspicion that he committed sex offenses against children and teenagers aged 10 to 16 in the Har Nof neighborhood in the city over the past year. According to the suspicion, he would make contact with the minors in the neighborhood and its surroundings, while befriending them at his workplaces and in public spaces. During the investigation, it emerged that he committed indecent acts, sodomy and additional sex offenses against them. Police released his photo due to concern about the existence of additional victims and called on anyone who fell victim to his actions to contact the police.
