Fire and Rescue Commissioner Eyal Kaspi said during a briefing on the Jerusalem Hills fires that "we are fighting a very challenging fire for many hours, we are heavily deployed, and due to weather conditions - our aerial unit cannot operate." He added, "Weather conditions will become more and more difficult, anyone who has no business in the Beit Shemesh and Jerusalem area - do not interfere with firefighters."
