Interior Minister Moshe Arbel represented the government at the funeral of Captain Noam Ravid, who was killed during combat operations in Rafah over the weekend. Ravid, 23, from Shaarei Tikva, an officer in the Combat Engineering Corps' Yahalom unit, was killed alongside Staff Sergeant Yahali Sharor in an explosion near a tunnel shaft.
