Deputy Knesset Speaker, Limor Son Har-Melech (Jewish Power), announced that she will boycott US President Donald Trump's speech. In a post on X, she explained: "Trump presented the current agreement as a peace deal - this is not a peace agreement but a disgraceful one. What it lacks most is peace and security. Israel's security took a severe blow with its signing. We can already see Hamas reorganizing within Gaza, preparing to retake control of the Strip the moment our forces withdraw." She added: "I am not interested in joining the applause. Not for the US President who is selling the people of Israel an illusion of peace and security, nor for the right wing that is idealizing this agreement as if it were an achievement."
