Commander of 401st Armored Brigade Col. Meir Biderman seriously wounded in southern Lebanon

The IDF Spokesperson cleared for publication that the commander of the 401st Armored Brigade, Colonel Meir Biderman, was seriously wounded by an explosive drone detonation in southern Lebanon. In the same incident, a reserve combat officer was moderately wounded and an IDF reserve soldier was lightly wounded. The IDF Spokesperson further stated that "the fighters and the reserve soldier were evacuated to receive medical treatment at the hospital, and their families have been notified." Reserve Col. H., who currently serves as the brigade's chief of staff, will temporarily fill Biderman's position.
