Karhi responds to Solberg: 'Supreme Court and "former" Attorney General's conduct violates the law'

|
Communications Minister Shlomo Karhi responded to the Supreme Court's interim order freezing the dismissal of Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara, claiming that "Justice Solberg is making a grave mistake. The 'former' Attorney General's actions against the government and the Supreme Court's conduct in complete violation of the law are what's truly serious here. Everyone must respect the law and legal authority, including Supreme Court justices and the 'former' Attorney General." Karhi added: "The judge's directive that the government's decision is invalid until judicial review exceeds legal boundaries and explicitly contradicts the letter of the law."
