Ultra-Orthodox protesters demonstrating against IDF conscription and the arrest of draft dodgers are blocking Highway 4 near the entrance to Bnei Brak. Police reported that the road is closed to traffic from Aluf Sadeh junction to Em Hamoshavot junction in both directions, and from Em Hamoshavot southbound (traffic is being diverted to Petah Tikva). Officers are directing traffic at the scene, and police stated that the demonstration is illegal.
