Report: Russia Hands Ukraine List of Prisoners of War It Demands Back

The Kremlin announced that Russia has provided Ukraine with a list of 1,000 Russian prisoners whom Moscow demands to be returned as part of an agreement between the countries, according to the Russian news agency IFAX. The report also states that Russia is awaiting a similar list from Ukraine, after the sides discussed prisoner exchanges directly last week for the first time since the beginning of the war.
