Democrats leader Yair Golan referred to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's speech at the UN and said that "I was surprised to hear that Bibi is accusing Qatar of spreading lies and hosting senior Hamas officials on October 7. Apparently the speech doesn't align with Jonathan Urich." Yamina leader Naftali Bennett stated that "Netanyahu had a historic opportunity to declare Qatar an enemy and expose its involvement in the massacre to the entire world. He missed the opportunity, and in doing so he is whitewashing and legitimizing Qatar - an enemy whose hands are stained with the massacre of our people."
