In the midst of the third anniversary of Oct. 7, the Likud party released a lengthy statement against the media. The statement read: "We all bow our heads today in memory of the fallen and murdered of Oct. 7. Unfortunately, on this painful day, false political propaganda is being presented against Prime Minister Netanyahu and the Likud with the aim of bringing down the right-wing government and leading to a left-wing government that will establish a Palestinian state." They published what they called "the facts": "Prime Minister Netanyahu did not receive any advance warning before Oct. 7 about a Hamas attack from the Gaza Strip or Hamas."
