The prosecution filed an indictment with the Beer Sheva District Court against Amir Vazuz (29), his brother Hadi Hassan (20) and their friend Nihad Ahras (24), residents of Beer Sheva, for murder with indifference, after they hit and killed a pedestrian with their vehicle during a chase they conducted in the city. According to the indictment, they were chasing members of a rival gang over control disputes in the city. During the chase, the driver lost control of the vehicle and drove onto a traffic island, where he hit and ran over the pedestrian.
