Education Minister Yoav Kisch addressed the multi-front war, saying at the "2026: From Front to Growth" conference hosted by Ynetnews and Yedioth Ahronoth, in partnership with Sapir Academic College, that "we didn't achieve a decisive victory - not in Gaza, not against Hezbollah and not against Iran either." Regarding the emerging agreement between the US and Iran, he said he is "fed by the media," and pledged that Israel will go another round against Iran even without US support: "Even if the Americans don't act to prevent nuclear weapons, we are committed to preventing Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons." On the date of the upcoming elections, he said: "My assessment is they will be held on September 15."
