A 30-year-old electric bicycle rider was killed when hit by a vehicle on Moshe Dayan Boulevard in Rishon Lezion. MDA paramedics were forced to pronounce him dead at the scene. Police have opened an investigation into the circumstances and reported they are examining suspicions of a hit-and-run accident.
