"He was unconscious, not breathing and had no pulse," he said. According to him, "We immediately began advanced resuscitation procedures that included compressions and ventilations and evacuated him in an MDA intensive care ambulance to the hospital while continuing resuscitation efforts." The baby was evacuated in critical condition to Barzilai Hospital in the city.
