The Israeli aid organization IsraAID intends to provide assistance, and ZAKA is preparing to dispatch aid missions to Venezuela from Mexico, the United States and Israel, which will depart according to conditions on the ground. The Health Ministry is also preparing to deploy a team from Israel to Venezuela.
