The district court rejected the appeal of Professor David Bider who was accused of importing eggs from Georgia - and he cannot practice fertility treatments and fertilizations. The Ministry of Health updated, noting that his medical license will be restricted for six months - the maximum time period allowed by law. After this period ends, an extension of the license restriction until the completion of proceedings will be considered.
