Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke at the International Bible Contest for Jewish Youth, addressed the fires in the Jerusalem Hills, and said: 'We currently have 18 people in custody suspected of arson. One person was caught in the act.' He added: 'This is difficult work. Our neighbors who claim they love this land talk about burning it.' The Prime Minister also addressed the war's objectives, stating: 'We have many goals, we want to bring back the 59 hostages but the war has a supreme goal and that is victory over our enemies.'
