The State Attorney's Office filed an indictment at the Be'er Sheva District Court against Wissam Abu Za'ila (22) and Ala Abu Zagilah (27) from Rahat after they fired 52 rounds from an M-16 rifle that was issued to Abu Za'ila as part of his IDF reserve duty. According to the indictment, approximately a month ago in the evening hours, the two fired approximately 52 rounds using the weapon in a residential area in the city of Rahat, and then drove away from the scene in Abu Za'ila's vehicle. Later, the two were arrested in the vehicle, alongside which were the weapon, a magazine containing approximately 24 rounds, six empty magazines and additional IDF ammunition.
