Dovidi Ben Zion, the candidate in eighth place on the "Your People Israel" party list headed by Ofer Winter, has withdrawn from the slate. He announced this to Chairman Winter amid declining poll numbers and pressure from Likud to withdraw in order not to "waste votes." Behind the scenes, Ben Zion was also pressured by the Religious Zionism party headed by Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, as well as by Rabbi of Samaria Elikim Levanon, who is considered close to Ben Zion.
