Dozens of local council heads are demanding that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu act against Housing Minister Haim Katz's intention to summon Israel Land Authority (ILA) Acting Director Yehuda Eliahu to a hearing before dismissal. The council heads, at the initiative of Katzrin Council Head Yehuda Doa, warned that "the move will severely harm the development of the Negev and Galilee." Earlier, Netanyahu blocked the move.
