After announcing they were undergoing extensive renovations, Ofra and Avi Ganor, owners of Manta Ray restaurant in Tel Aviv, have decided to permanently close its doors after 27 years of operation. Alma Beach, the neighboring beach restaurant that belonged to their son Uria Ganor, will also permanently close after 25 years.
