Police arrested a Kafr Qara resident in his 40s on suspicion of attacking girls and women on Sokolov Street in Hod HaSharon before fleeing after confronted by residents. Earlier, he had argued with his father at their home. According to suspicions, he arrived at the location yesterday in his vehicle, exited in the middle of the road and began attacking passersby including 12 and 13-year-old girls.
