The Legal Aid Division of the Justice Ministry is calling on bereaved families, families of hostages, former captives and their families who are not working or whose work capacity has been reduced since October 7 due to health conditions to file for loss of work capacity (eligibility to submit a disability claim from the pension fund). According to the division, the request is filed online with the insurance company of the family member or returnee. Legal aid attorneys from the Justice Ministry are available to assist.
