Ukraine: 'Russia violated the ceasefire, Putin only cares about military parades'

Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha accused Russia of violating the ceasefire that Kyiv unilaterally declared, which was supposed to last yesterday and today. He wrote on X: "This shows that Russia rejects peace, and that its calls for a ceasefire on May 9 (Victory Day over Nazi Germany) are not related to diplomacy." He added that Russian President Vladimir Putin "only cares about military parades, not human lives."
