Hostage survivor Gali Tarshansky, who was kidnapped and released from Gaza after 54 days at age 13, said at the Hostages Square that "during my kidnapping, I saw dozens of terrorists destroying my kibbutz. I saw my friends' homes burned and destroyed, and bodies of friends whom I used to meet and greet daily." She added, "Although I have returned, as long as there are hostages in Gaza, each of us should consider ourselves kidnapped."
