"The Land of Israel is acquired through suffering - the fallen, the hostages. But we don't believe the Land of Israel is acquired through restrictions. We want to reduce limitations and bureaucracy." Netanyahu also said: "Today we brought back two deceased hostages, we will bring everyone back. We are determined to return all the rest - both the deceased and the living."
