Support among Gaza Strip residents for the October 7 massacre has dropped to 37% in 2025. This emerges from data from the IDF Intelligence Research Division obtained by ynet and presented to the political-security cabinet by the division head, Brigadier General Ophir Mizrachi Rosen. The data also revealed that in 2023, support for the massacre in Judea and Samaria stood at 82%, and by 2025 it had already dropped to 59%. The Research Division head told ministers that all support data from the Palestinian population is declining, but currently support in the West Bank is higher than in Gaza.
