Police reported receiving a report about a suspect, a resident of the West Bank city of Tulkarm, who arrived at the entrance to Kibbutz Metzer and was neutralized by the security guard at the gate after drawing a knife and allegedly planning to carry out a stabbing attack. Police arrived at the scene and took control of the suspect.
