Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced that those responsible for the explosion on the railway near the Ukrainian border, on the Warsaw-Lublin line, have been identified. According to Tusk, the explosive device was planted by two Ukrainian citizens who were working in cooperation with Russian intelligence, and subsequently fled to Belarus.
