Captivity survivor Omer Wenkert, who was held with Evyatar David in captivity for 250 days, addressed the publication of proof of life from him and said, "Now everyone knows - this is what the tunnels we lived in looked like, these are the conditions. You saw him, you saw how he looks, you saw the hunger, you saw his physical condition, all of you are worried like I am."
He added: "The whole world talks about hunger in Gaza. Israel is not starving Gaza residents, Hamas is starving them. The urgent need is to bring the hostages back, this should have happened a year ago."
