District Court judges rejected the defense's request to dismiss the indictment in the classified documents case despite the prosecution's objection, but criticized the prosecution for the slow pace of transferring investigation materials to the defense. The judges said: "We believe, at this time, there is no justification to grant the defense's request to dismiss the indictment. However, when an indictment is filed, all materials must be transferred. Failure to properly transfer investigation materials could lead to the acquittal of the defendants." The judges scheduled a "reminder hearing" for December, meaning the trial will not begin in 2025.
