The Director General of the President's Office, Eyal Shviki, sent invitations to party representatives for the consultation round ahead of assigning the mandate to form a government. According to him, 'The President's Office is wide open to all parties, and the President expects their representatives to arrive at the consultations with an open mind, willing to listen and share ideas and prevent another election.'
