15 people were killed and at least 30 were injured in a crash of a Bolivian Air Force plane that was carrying new banknotes from the country's central bank. The plane, a Hercules aircraft, crashed on a busy pedestrian avenue in the city of El Alto, near the capital La Paz. This is according to reports in Bolivia.
