Maybe for the obvious reason." Trump said he has not yet made a decision regarding "the massive strike" and referred to the talks being held alongside the fighting: "There are two ways. I think it's the smarter way, but the other way is probably easier, which is to keep doing what we're doing and we can raise it to a much higher level if we want."
