Israel decided to stop Hamas tours with the Red Cross in the Yellow Line area, which is under IDF control. Israel had authorized Hamas to tour the area in order to search for hostages' bodies in Gaza, but now decided not to allow this following Hamas violations in returning the bodies of hostages. Israel believes that the return of Ophir Tzarfati's remains was deliberate and therefore sanctions should be imposed on Hamas.
