U.S. Vice President JD Vance wrote on X that one of the reasons for the Republican Party's defeat in the midterm elections is relations with Israel. Vance noted that four demands led to voters abandoning the party: "Ending the war in Iran, focusing on the cost of living, putting America first and changing our relations with Israel." He claimed that "our voters went to the polls – and because of these four reasons many of them voted for the Democrats, according to a pollster who accurately predicted the results."
