According to the report, Iran proposed reopening the Strait of Hormuz and resuming nuclear talks in exchange for lifting the American naval blockade, unfreezing assets and easing sanctions on oil exports. Contacts between Washington and Tehran continue through intermediaries, but according to the report, Trump doubts that Iran will agree to his demands.
