The Israel Police Prosecution Unit filed an indictment against a 16-year-old from the Avigayil settlement in the Hebron Hills who was filmed assaulting a Palestinian amputee. According to the allegations, the teen and another companion arrived in a stolen tractor without a driver's license near the Palestinian's home. He was arrested last month, and the investigation revealed that the defendant threatened the Palestinian while holding an iron bar and ordered him to move out of his way. He then pushed his crutch with his left leg and attacked the Palestinian. The indictment further states that the defendant has two prior criminal cases involving violence and property damage from this year.
