Judicial Ombudsman Asher Kula cautioned Supreme Court Justice Ruth Ronen for speaking at a seminar at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem in March this year, honoring Professor David Enoch's appointment to a position at Oxford University. In his opinion, "It would have been better if during wartime the judge had not spoken at a conference honoring someone who accuses the IDF of war crimes."
