The Tekuma Authority issued a statement following the government's decision to lift security restrictions on living in Gaza border communities and end the evacuation of residents to absorption centers, detailing which communities still face rehabilitation restrictions for return. It was reported that in Sufa, Netiv HaAsara and Nirim Yitzhak, there were only security restrictions, which have been lifted. In Kerem Shalom, Nirim and Ein HaShlosha, both security and rehabilitation restrictions have been lifted. In Kibbutz Re'im, there was only a rehabilitation restriction, which has been removed. In Nahal Oz, there is still a rehabilitation restriction for return until August 2025, in Kisufim likely until November 2025, in Holit likely until March 2026, in Kfar Aza likely until July 2026, in Be'eri likely until August 2026, and in Nir Oz the end date for rehabilitation restrictions has not yet been determined.
