The Fire and Rescue Authority spokesperson reported that in the past hour, they received a report of a spreading fire in a valley near Route 9 in Jerusalem, to which ten firefighting crews were dispatched. According to the fire department, the fire is advancing rapidly and threatens nearby residential areas as well as hiking and cycling trails in the area.
