Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Russia is "doing everything" to prevent his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. He made these comments at a press conference alongside NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, who is visiting Kyiv, and added that the two discussed security guarantees for Ukraine. According to him, Russia "should face additional sanctions if it does not show willingness to end the war." The president also noted that the number of F-16 aircraft at Kyiv's disposal "will not be enough to ensure its security."
