Two hyenas and two hyena cubs were held illegally in the village of Shweika in the Tulkarm area. Police officers and Nature and Parks Authority inspectors rescued the animals. A Tulkarm resident in his 60s was arrested on suspicion of illegally possessing protected wildlife.
