Police are asking the public for help in locating at-risk missing person Karim Abd al-Qadir, 16, from Acre, who was last seen on July 20 when he left an educational institution where he was staying in I'billin in the Lower Galilee. The missing person does not have a mobile phone. According to the police description, he has a slim build, black hair and dark skin. He was wearing a black shirt and black pants. It was further stated that "anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to report to hotline 100 or to the Acre station at 049876808."
