Police announced they have completed an investigation which raised suspicions against a protest activist from Tel Aviv, a woman in her 70s, who expressed an intention to assassinate Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. According to the suspicion, the woman approached other protest activists to obtain a weapon and inquired about Netanyahu's security arrangements. The suspect was released under restrictive conditions. The investigation findings have been transferred to the State Prosecutor's Office for further processing. The court has issued a publication ban on the suspect's name and residential address.
