Sister of Shiri Bibas murdered in captivity: 'If the government has lost its way - we will chart a new path'

|
Dana Silverman Siton, sister of Shiri Bibas who was kidnapped and murdered in captivity, said at a rally in Hostages Square that "nothing is normal in a country where families don't know if they will receive their loved ones - alive or dead. Nothing is normal in a government that functions as if time isn't running out." She added that "we are here to say clearly: this cannot continue. Responsibility for the failure must be realized. We won't save this country with empty slogans, but with citizens who don't stay silent in the face of injustice. If the government has lost its way - we will chart a new path."
