3 people were injured in a shooting at Times Square in New York, after a teenager (17) opened fire during an argument with another person, police told the New York Post. An 18-year-old woman was grazed by a bullet in her neck, and a 19-year-old man and a 65-year-old man were shot in their legs. The teenager was arrested after the incident.
