Detention extended by one week for Haim Rotter from Bnei Brak, suspected of dozens of rapes

The Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court extended by another week the detention of Haim Rotter, chairman of the "HaShomrim" organization in Bnei Brak who is suspected of dozens of rape cases. Rotter's detention has been extended until Monday, July 21. So far, 13 complaints have been filed against Rotter.
